{"id":716,"date":"2011-06-23T12:03:55","date_gmt":"2011-06-23T19:03:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stapletonion.com\/?p=716"},"modified":"2011-06-23T12:03:55","modified_gmt":"2011-06-23T19:03:55","slug":"catwalk-finally-installed-at-aviator","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stapletonion.com\/?p=716","title":{"rendered":"Catwalk Finally Installed at Aviator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\t<![CDATA[After years of planning, and procuring the correct city permits, the Stapleton MCA and SUN are proud to announce that the Aviator Catwalk will finally be installed. \u00a0\"This is a great day for Stapleton residents\" commented MCA president Liza Kampstra. \u00a0\"The catwalk has been ranked extremely high on all resident surveys as one of the key new features they wanted added to the pool\".\nThe model style runway measures five feet wide and 100 feet long and will be elevated three feet above the concrete surface. \u00a0Its prime location near the entrance to the facility will allow pool patrons to be easily noticed and admired from their moment of entry.\n\"I'm so excited for this new feature to be installed\" commented Stapleton Resident Mandy Clinton. \u00a0\"In the past, I had to simply just walk around hoping people would notice how much I worked out over the winter. Half the time I'm blocked by water noodles or inflatable rafts. It was just terrible!\"<!--more-->\nAs a mother of four, Mrs. Clinton, like many residents, was concerned that their hard work and money were going unnoticed. Although the Stapleton pools are great source of entertainment for children to play and splash around, they also serve a vital role in allowing Stapleton residents to showcase their attributes. Pool manager Mark Goodman commented &#8220;the catwalk will allow patrons a safe and effective area to showcase themselves, while improving traffic flow, thus allowing the lifeguards to better perform their duties.&#8221;\nThe catwalk will be officially unveiled over July 4th weekend, but many residents are already eager for its implementation.
