{"id":6919,"date":"2017-04-10T20:45:59","date_gmt":"2017-04-11T03:45:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stapletonion.com\/?p=6919"},"modified":"2020-07-11T14:47:56","modified_gmt":"2020-07-11T14:47:56","slug":"eastbridge-family-goes-out-to-eat-at-not-stanley-for-first-time-in-three-months","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stapletonion.com\/?p=6919","title":{"rendered":"Eastbridge Family Goes Out to Eat at \u201cNot Stanley\u201d for First Time in Three Months"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" src=\"https:\/\/stapletonion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/not-stanley-300x169-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7994\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The Elmers have lived in Eastbridge for about a decade and have long waited for the Eastbridge town center. \u201cIt\u2018s been really frustrating to have that promised for so long but nothing delivered,\u201d said husband Andy. \u201cThere are certainly good options in the town center, but it\u2019s nice to have something closer.\u201d So when the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/stanleymarketplace.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Stanley Marketplace<\/a> opened up, the Elmers were elated. \u201cIt was great having a place close that had so many good food options,\u201d said Andrea. \u201cWe go there <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/stapletonion.com\/posts\/eastbridge-residents-gaining-the-stanley-seven\/\" target=\"_blank\">all the time<\/a>. We mostly eat at <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/comida to:  http:\/\/www.eatcomida.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Comida<\/a> and the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/stanleymarketplace.com\/merchant\/stanley-beer-hall\/\" target=\"_blank\">Stanley Beer Hall<\/a>, but of course have been to <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.annettescratchtotable.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Annette<\/a>, the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.denbisco.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Denver Biscuit Company<\/a>, and <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.yellowbellychicken.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Yellowbelly<\/a>. So many great places.\u201d There are so many choices, in fact, that the Elmers had only dined out in Stanley for the last three months. \u201cThe kids have fun there, and we like the food, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/cheluna.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">beer<\/a> and atmosphere as well,\u201d said Andy. \u201cAnd, of course, it\u2019s easy to get there, so we just kind of end up there every weekend.\u201d Last weekend, the Elmers tried something new. \u201cWe had gone to a movie and planned on coming back to the Stanley,\u201d said Andrea. \u201cBut, the kids were tired, and we thought maybe we should just get something near the theatre. So, we decided to not eat at Stanley for the first time in a while. We went to <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.jimnnicks.com\/#top\" target=\"_blank\">Jim N Nicks<\/a>, and certainly enjoyed it.\u201d The Elmers are not sure how often they will dine at \u201cnot Stanley\u201d but it was a good experience. \u201cWe will try \u2018not Stanley\u2019 again,\u201d said Andy. \u201cBut, we really do love what they have to offer at The Stanley, so that will more than likely be the majority of our dining experiences.
