\t\t\t\t\"debate<\/a>The Republican debates are as interesting and entertaining as political debates have ever been. Donald Drumpf<\/a> has made an unbelievable run to become his party\u2019s front runner, and fans and detractors alike can\u2019t take their eyes off this train wreck. \u201cI know he is in no way qualified to be Commander in Chief,\u201d said Stapleton resident Ron Hansen. \u201cBut, for some reason, I am just drawn to him. Not saying I would vote for him, but it\u2019s almost like I\u2019m involved in a reality TV show. And I would hate to vote him off the show, because, damn, it\u2019s entertaining.\u201d Others are equally entertained by Drumpf, but less enthralled. \u201cThe guy is a complete racist douchebag,\u201d said resident Sara Essex. \u201cI can\u2019t believe he has a serious following, and is actually going to be the Republican nominee. I remember thinking six months ago that it would be great if he was the Republican nominee, because for sure whoever the Democrat running against him was, was going to annihilate him in the general election. Now, I\u2019m not so sure. Which is quite scary.\u201d\n\nWhether people are against Drumpf, or for him, the Republican debates have become must-see TV. So much so that the Stapleton MCA has decided to broadcast all future Republican debates live from the Green. \u201cWe think it will serve as somewhat educational and mostly entertaining viewing for our Stapleton audience,\u201d said MCA President Liza Kampstra. \u201cWe are aware it may turn into an anti-Drumpf rally, which is totally fine. One of our goals as an organization is uniting our citizens, and I think all Stapleton residents can agree that having Drumpf as the President of the United States is a cataclysmically bad idea.\u201d Kampstra says parents are encouraged to leave children under 14 at home, and that vendors will be provided. \u201cWe plan to have beer and wine service, as well as several food and ice cream trucks. We have also already been approached by several tee shirts vendors hoping to secure the rights to anti-Drumpf shirts and hats.\u201d The next Republican debate is scheduled for Monday, March 21st, and will be broadcast live at 7PM from the Green.
