Historically, speed bumps are annoying enough that people will slow down if they are the correct size and distance apart.\u201d O\u2019Hara says the speed bumps will initially be placed on Havana St. and then on Fulton St. \u201cThere are a couple others we are looking at in Bluff Lake, but we want to see how successful the bumps are on Havana and Fulton first.\u201d\n<!--more-->\nMost Eastbridge residents are excited for the addition. \u201cHeck, just having the construction on the streets to slow traffic down will be nice,\u201d said resident Adam Williams. \u201cPeople come off I-70 and go screaming down Havana. It is ridiculous.\u201d Sandy Farrell is also looking forward to the addition of the speed bumps. \u201cPeople go crazy fast on Havana. Not that we are out playing in the through street, but it is just annoying. Enjoy your time in Stapleton.
