\t\t\t\t\"aready-packing-for-pool\"<\/a>With the pool opening in about three weeks, families are getting eager to bring their families to the pool. Stapleton pools serve many purposes in the summer including burning your kids out so they are not up until the sun goes down after nine, and a place for parents and nannies to bring kids so they don\u2019t actually have to interact with them. For some parents, the pool can also be a challenging experience.\n\n\u201cWe have a one year old as well as a three and a five year old,\u201d says Stapleton mom Mandy Bauer. \u201cSo, we have to bring a crazy amount of stuff to the pool. Diapers, specific foods and toys, towels, milk, and then obviously, we need our adult beverages so we remain sane,\u201d says Bauer. \u201cWe literally have to bring two wagons when we go there,\u201d said Mandy\u2019s husband Thomas. \u201cWe almost always forget something, and it is usually the one of three things we absolutely needed.\u201d For this reason the Bauers are already planning their first trip to the pool. \u201cWe of course have no idea what the weather will be like opening weekend,\u201d says Mandy. \u201cBut, whenever the pool is open, and we can go, we will be prepared. We have already started packing, and are keeping a checklist of the items we need and what is packed.\u201d\nThe Bauers think other families in the same situation should do the same thing. \u201cWe know there are several other families with the same issue, in regards to number of kids and amount of stuff,\u201d said Bauer. \u201cSo, just get ahead of things now. You have specific bags you bring to the pool, start packing those things today. I know we are already less stressed out knowing 90% of our battle will be done when we decide to go.\u201d Stapleton pools open Memorial Day weekend, and families are encouraged to plan and pack wisely as they head to any of the great pools.]]>\t\t<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
