There were, however, a few pieces and parties left out, which The Stapletonion covers with the information below.

Forest City
The number one purpose for Stapleton’s Master Developer is to accept the blame for any problems in the community. There are issues which may be caused by the City of Denver, DIA, or even the builders, but Forest City must understand that the community is going to blame them, and they have to accept that blame. Along those lines, Forest City needs to only loosely stick to the green book and can exaggerate the truth when speaking to commercial and residential builders, maximizing their profits when they sell the land.
Residential Builders
Residential builders in Stapleton need to perpetuate some of the mistruths coming from Forest City so that they are able to not only sell people their first Stapleton home, but their second and third as well. These builders have become tremendous to the point where they believe their own lies. Residential builders must also make past buyers feel horrible as they start giving away extras in a down market that buyers originally paid tens of thousands of dollars for.
Citizens Advisory Board (CAB)
CAB’s main purpose is to be completely ignored by Forest City, especially in regards to affordable housing. CAB prepares records and reports which Forest City immediately discards. CAB’s other purpose is to make residents feel as if they have a voice in how the community is being developed, which, of course, is not correct.
Stapleton Residents
The main purpose of Stapleton residents is to make sure that every little thing in the community becomes a big thing. Residents must also either already have kids when they move to Stapleton, or have kids within two years of their move into the community. Furthermore, residents are encouraged to purchase a dog. Females in the community are required to join a fitness group or club so that they remain smoking hot.

[136

0":"post-4543","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","6":"category-issue-75","7":"entry
["GET
