Capitol Hill was second followed by Cherry Creek. \u201cIt is not an exact science,\u201d said Trulia Co-Founder Pete Flint. \u201cHowever, it will give you a general idea of how often people are looking at what homes and what neighborhoods, so it is a good place to start.\u201d\n\nSome real estate experts are skeptical of the results. \u201cClearly, Stapleton is a popular neighborhood,\u201d said real estate analyst Kelly Artz. \u201cBut there are a lot of things that skew the data.\u201d Artz mentions that a large number of real estate agents<\/a> live in Stapleton, and they are checking out the market around them frequently. This creates a lot of \u201cfalse positives\u201d when it comes to the data. \u201cFurthermore, Stapleton residents seem to be obsessed with the value of their homes, always looking to sell their current home and move to another Stapleton home,\u201d said Artz.\nFlint says he\u2019s not quite ready to give Stapleton the \u201cmost popular\u201d title in Denver yet. \u201cTime will tell,\u201d said Flint. \u201cRight now, Stapleton has new homes being built in a new neighborhood with new schools. That is affecting the market. In 10 years, will people still be clamoring to get in there? It\u2019s hard to say.\u201d Artz has a similar perspective. \u201cObviously, people right now are trying to get into Stapleton,\u201d said Artz. \u201cBut, once they are here, how long will they stay?
