Forest City will soon begin construction on the Aster Conservatory Green located near the scenic Shops of <a href=\"https:\/\/stapletonion.com\/posts\/report-central-park-blvd-largely-responsible-for-0-4-retail-growth-at-northfield\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Northfield<\/a>.  \u201cWe wanted a name that said \u2018elegance,\u2019 said Forest City Spokesperson Janelle Ayers.  \u201cWe also needed a name that reminded everyone in Denver that <a href=\"https:\/\/stapletonion.com\/posts\/report-nantucket-close-residents-are-better-than-you\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Stapleton<\/a> people are much better than everyone else.  We think Aster <a href=\"https:\/\/stapletonion.com\/posts\/parkwoods-new-conservatory-green-home-the-tasmanian-to-include-snake-pit-and-honey-badger-coop\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Conservatory Green<\/a> does that.\u201d\nThe Aster Conservatory Green is scheduled to be completed sometime late in 2015 and will include several amenities.  The complex will offer custom cabinets, high ceilings, built in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/WineCellarsatStapleton?hc_location=stream\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">wine<\/a> storage, hardwood floors, a community pool and clubhouse, and of course, an overall air of entitlement.  \u201cI have seen the designs, and it is definitely Stapletonesque,\u201d said resident Aaron Potter.  \u201cI would absolutely consider living there once my wife and I get <a href=\"https:\/\/stapletonion.com\/posts\/two-years-after-divorce-stapleton-woman-still-shocked-she-married-man-who-loaded-dishwasher-so-poorly\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">divorced<\/a>.\u201d\nForest City says that they already have a lot of interest, and believe the places will be reserved a full year in advance of opening.  \u201cThis is going to be a special place,\u201d said Spokesperson Janelle Ayers.  \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/stapletonion.com\/posts\/northfield-carriage-ride-features-trip-through-historic-barnes-noble-parking-lot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Northfield<\/a> is such a special place.  The Aster Conservatory Green will be located on the upper west side of Northfield, and people are going to be close to so many wonderful shops and restaurants.
