Dance/fitness classes have been around for decades, from Richard Simmons to the most recent craze, Zumba. Now, local residents can shake their weight off while dancing to one of the biggest hits of 2012.
“Dancing is a great way to stay in shape,” says dance instructor Tina Marquis. “The class is 45 minutes long, and as long as the students don’t mind listening to the same song over and over, they will definitely get a great workout.” The students will learn the proper Gangnam Style dance moves, and are guaranteed to lose weight and possibly go crazy.
“Dance classes have typically been for women, but we think that Gangnam Style will bring in male customers, too,” says Marquis. Classes will be held once a week at the rec center on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 to 6:15. You must be a Denver recreation center member to participate.

[103

0":"post-3035","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","6":"category-issue-45","7":"entry
["GET
