\t\t\t\t\"\"<\/a>Stapleton has tens and tens of fitness classes, some are trendy and some appear to be around for the long haul. However, there is always room for more, and the MCA recognizes this. \u201cWe have been inspired by the Olympics, not just the races and the diving, but also the synchronized swimming,\u201d says MCA President Liza Kampstra. \u201cIt looks like a lot of fun, and certainly can keep you in shape.\u201d\n\nThe classes also encourage teamwork and friendship. \u201cYou can only work as hard as your teammates, and you have to work as hard as them to keep up,\u201d says Kampstra. Participants will get to \u201cdance\u201d to the latest songs like \u201cYeah\u201d by Usher and \u201cPump Up the Jam\u201d by Technotronic, all while getting in a great workout.\n\u201cThe athletes that synchronize swim at the highest levels are in tremendous shape,\u201d says Kampstra. \u201cWe figure we can get people into shape using the same principles.\u201d Participants will work together in several maneuvers all while treading water. Classes will be one and a half hours, and will be in the mornings at the Aviator pool prior to pool opening. Participants must purchase a team bathing suit for the class ($42), and classes are $15\/session.
