\t\t\t\t\"\"<\/a>\nWhen Joshua Clark signed up for Bungee Boot Camp<\/a> on the Green, he had much different expectations. \u201cI thought it was something that was going to involve preparing to bungee jump,\u201d says Clark. \u201cThen I thought at the end we would all bungee jump off of something, maybe even the tower.\u201d Turns out Bungee Boot Camp is actually a fitness boot camp that helps people get into shape.\n\n\u201cSure, I got a great workout,\u201d remarks Clark. \u201cBut it certainly wasn\u2019t the thrill and excitement I was looking for at 8:30 in the morning.\u201d Bungee Boot Camp instructor Jeff Jones never intended to mislead anyone. \u201cWe were aware that a lot of people think of bungee jumping when they hear the word \u2018bungee,\u2019\u201d says Jones. \u201cWe simply thought adding the words \u2018boot camp\u2019 would be enough to explain what we were doing.\u201d\nThe Boot Camp is designed to challenge participants by using bungee cords to help individuals achieve their goals in weight loss, stamina, strength, endurance, and improved balance. \u201cThe class was totally fine, and I will probably go again,\u201d says Clark. \u201cI still feel a little duped, however.”\nStapleton residents can attend a class on the Green on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30AM or 6PM. You do not necessarily need to have your will and testament in order prior to coming to class, as accidents or miscalculations at the Bungee Boot Camp have never caused death. ]]>\t\t<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
