Stapleton Garland Helps Inebriated Residents Know They're Home

stapleton-treeEarlier last week, Forrest City brightened the neighborhood with all the holiday accoutrements residents crave this time of year. Each holiday season town center visitors see their HOA money doing its festive job. But this year the bonus is, you’ll never get lost as you stumble home from any of the town center watering holes because of the Christmas tree Stapleton Stapleton Stapleton Stapleton Stapleton Stapleton garland. “We didn’t know this was needed, we just thought repeatedly saying Stapleton over and over again would be charming, but now we know it really helps people,” says MCA President Liza Kampstra. And residents couldn’t be more thrilled about the town center compass. “Last year, I had no idea what neighborhood I was in because no one bothered to put up a garland with so much helpful information.” Resident Brad Gerber is grateful and his family is so happy to see him stumble to their home rather than some home in another neighborhood. There is no word whether the repeated use of the word Stapleton will make its way into permanent art structures but residents are hopeful this critical reminder will remain as the need to get drunker and drunker arises. ]]>
