Kroger Right of Refusal Language: A Brief History

Eastbridge residents have been frustrated for almost a decade, wondering when and if they will have a town center in the Eastbridge neighborhood. To many Eastbridge residents, the town center played at least a small part in why they purchased their home in Eastbridge. “Obviously, the school that was originally promised was the biggest thing,” said resident Julia Hansen. “And having the park and pool so close is great, and we are thrilled that happened. In hindsight, since we didn’t get the school, the town center, or the 26th Ave. Park, it is certainly possible we may not have had the F-15 park either. So, I guess that is nice.” For most Eastbrdge residents, one of four is not good enough, however. “It is ridiculous it has taken this long and still nothing,” said resident Aaron Collazo. “We absolutely were told by a builder that it would be in in three years—-seven years ago. ESPN College Gameday Coming to Boulder for CU vs. Cal Game

Great news, Stapleton Colorado Buffalo fans. Nuclear Reactor to Help Pay for Parks, Town Center

Forrest City Developers have finally found a solution for the uninhabited prairie in the Eastbridge neighborhood bordering Aurora that was supposed to be a lush greenbelt park in the tradition of Stapleton parks: atom smashing. And to boot, the project will help fund the long awaited Eastbridge Town Center, as well as help to bring traffic to its merchants. Legoland Coming to Stapleton!

Forest City won’t confirm or deny it, but The Stapletonion has learned from anonymous sources that the Lego company will design and build many of their amazing Lego replica creations in the facility owned by Prologis. One of the highlights of the facility will be a visitors’ center, making Stapleton North a tourist destination, and the centerpiece will be a life sized model of a section of the old Stapleton neighborhood, including homes by various builders. Boo at the Zoo to Add “Stapleton Day” Next Year

The Denver Zoo is a popular attraction for many Stapleton stay at home parents and nannies. For that reason, hundreds of Stapleton residents buy a yearly pass, and then spend thousands of dollars at the Zoo all summer long while kids are not in school. Stapleton residents also flock to the zoo for the special activities such as zoo lights and of course Boo at the Zoo.
