Jeopardy “Stapleton Edition” Coming in July

The long time hit game show Jeopardy is coming to Stapleton in July and with the help of The Stapletonion will be trying out contestants for the show. The host will be Forrest City President Phil Dargossi, and he will be doing his best Alex Trebek. “I am very excited about this,” says Dargossi. “I have always loved the show, but have never been very good at it, and that includes the celebrity versions. This is a great promotional way to help out the Northfield economy.”

Contestants will be playing for “Northfield Bucks” which can be redeemed at any Northfield shop or restaurant (except Target). Forrest City came up with the idea to help promote Northfield and inject some money into its struggling shops. Forrest City partnered with Northfield to finance the project which will be one week long and will air on DirecTV channel 125 (tape delay). Episodes will be filmed in the MCA room on Roslyn. Tickets will be sold in advance for $10. For those interested in being contestants, please email The Stapletonion letting us know why you think you know more about Stapleton than anyone else.
